Today's Breakfast Smoothie is packed full of great antioxidants and vitamins
1 1/2 cup water
2 Kale (remove veins)
1 cup Spinach
1 cup blackberries
1 cup raspberries
I start with water and bananas in the blender, then add kale, spinach and blend up well, add your fruit and blend until smooth, ENJOY!
In the last week I've lost 5 pounds and feel great, my daughter has lost 10 pounds and is still dropping. Now I've got my energy back and you will too if you stick with this.
My plan is to use the smoothies/soup for 2 meals a day and eat a very light lunch of healthy foods. I'm going to allow myself to have something I really enjoy for 1 meal a week to ensure I continue to lose weight and don't overtax my system. I'm starting a different Colon Cleanse followed by a Whole Body Cleanse in the upcoming week. By doing smoothies, my body will clear more old stuff easier and rebuild faster.
