So after meditating last night I can see the changes in my body. It's slow going but it took over a year to get these toxins in my body and is not an overnight deal to get them out. I'm amazed at how much our bodies hold onto. This morning I mixed carrots, spinach, kale, chard, apple, celery and cucumber. I'm down to about a cup of juice in the morning and it hold me for at least 4 hours. At lunch I will juice pears and apples. I only slept a couple of hours last night with my dear cat Moto coming in and out but I actually feel pretty alert and good. My stomach is feeling much better and my energy very stable.
